Fantastic service, you can tell the staff loves the sport and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Barry recently helped me out with a TaylorMade driver for my son, and went above and beyond to take care of an up and coming golfer. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, it's worth a visit if you are in the market for golf equipment.

I had one Young gentleman that didn’t seem to want to help me one day, I went back the next day and seemed like the full staff was there and they were much more helpful and made my experience there perfect. They helped me with exactly what I needed, job well done. Walked out of there with a full set of clubs and a new bag. John and Frank were great at helping me out. Much better customer service the second go around. I assume the guy the day before just was ready to go because it was Sunday or something I’m not sure, so I won’t base my full review on that one bad egg. Everyone else there was very helpful.

After less than acceptable service in Pensacola, we decided to visit the Mobile store today. We were extremely happy with the staff’s warm welcome and personal service we received at this location! Kathy was amazing in fitting my husband for new clubs. Her extensive golf knowledge and experience were much appreciated as she was patient and offered some great tips. We will forever be customers at the Mobile store :)

Awesome staff including the management, Frank and Barry, fitters Kathy, Chris, Alex and John. If you’re in Coastal Alabama Edwin Watts is your go to. If you’re in the Gulf Coast, Edwin Watts should be your first and last stop! They won’t upsell you on improperly fitted ($$$) shafts at “1.50” the price! This staff only tells you what you need to hear, even if what you need to hear is ‘lessons’. Spend the $500 on instruction, so you don’t waste $4k on Ill fitted equipment. Their recommendations ad honesty, regarding lessons will save you money, and guarantee you’re a lifetime customer.
