I went to Roger Dunn with my son to test different drivers. We were helped by an employee named Patrick J. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with us to make sure that we ended up with the right club. If anyone needs help with clubs, go to RD and definitely ask for Patrick.
Super nice staff. Great store
Took my driver for a new grip. Figured I'd drop it off and come back. They did it while I waited! Thought that was cool

So I went online and booked an appointment to get fitted for irons. When I got there, the kid in the back who is working the the booths didn’t even know I was coming. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He wasn’t very enthusiastic at all. When I started my fitting, he had no idea what I wanted. He asked me what kind of clubs I wanted, and I said I want the fitting to tell me. While he was fitting me, he was helping several other customers. It was not a personalized experience at all. I did find a club that I hit better than others, I wanted to try other brands, but he sure didn’t offer. I asked him if I needed any modifications to a standard set of clubs and he said probably not. He didn’t seem eager to customize the set for me at all, seems like he just wanted me out of there. I did decide to purchase a set of irons but now I’m having second thoughts. $1000 for a set of irons then I went to the front to pay, there were three guys at the registers just chitchatting. They didn’t ask how my experience was. They didn’t really seam to care. They were too busy talking about football then to ask how my fitting went. There was not very many people in the store that day so I thought I would get a little more attention, but I guess not. I’m only giving it two stars because I found a set of clubs that I like thanks to hitting them in the booth, but if it came to customer service, I would give it one star. I have friends that we’re gonna go get fitted and now I’m telling him not to go there because of this experience.
Update: After a few days of leaving my review, the regional manager reached out to me and was very apologetic about the situation. This store was not staffed to do a proper fitting at the time I went. The customer service I experienced with the regional manager was excellent. She reminded me of a time when merchants went above and beyond to take care of customers. I would like to publicly thank her for reaching out to me and helping me turn this experience into positive one. With that I would have no problem continuing to do business with Roger Dunn and recommending others also. Thank you.

This Roger Dunn branch offers good selection. The store is also impressively clean and well-organized. I was able to get some great find during the Labor Day sale. However, the demo section could use a slight upgrade. Unlike some other branches, this location doesn't have automatic golf ball lifters, which can make testing clubs a bit less convenient. Overall, it's a fantastic shopping experience.
Nice customer support and informative
I purchased a starter pack from Roger Dunn Golf Shop a little under a year ago, which included a fantastic perk: a year-long return policy for full value store credit. After making good use of the starter pack, I decided it was time to upgrade my equipment and take advantage of the deal.
I visited the shop during their Memorial Day weekend sale and was met with outstanding service. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process, making it an enjoyable experience despite my being relatively new to golf. They assisted me in finding great deals on a full set of irons, wedges, hybrids, and a driver, and I also picked up a new golf bag.
The staff’s expertise and patience were evident as they helped me test several clubs. After three hours of trying out different options, I left the store with a set that perfectly suited my needs.
I highly recommend Roger Dunn Golf Shop for any golf-related purchases. The combination of excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and great deals makes it a top choice for both beginners and experienced golfers.

Great selection. However, based on my dozen or so times I've been rhere sometimes to buy and sonetimes to look, the staff are disinterested and it's hard to get anyone to help with anything.
I'd probably buy sonething everytime i go in if they'd just offer some help.
