I recently had a driver that cracked, I went into Rodger Dunn and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were able to get my driver replaced under warranty in under 10 minutes.

I was looking to purchase some golf shoes that were listed in their recent flyer. The associate who assisted me tried his best to find the shoe. He searched their stock. He also checked other stores and no one had them.
Maybe a marketing mistake putting them on the flyer. Definitely disappointed. I was looking for walking soft spikes and the advertised shoe was exactly the same model as my regular tennis shoes.

Update: After having some headaches during a less than ideal fitting and purchase experience [below], a regional manager reached out to try and help me get fitted properly. Much appreciated that the corporation does stand behind their products.
Originally 0/5 stars. Do not go here for a fitting. Fitter was not knowledgable on anything, was just regurgitating manufacturer websites sales stuff. Had me try different brands, no suggestions for length modifications or shafts to get the right ball flight. Ordered clubs after a fitting elsewhere based on the poor experience, and the $2000 clubs that I waited weeks for were wrong! I called to try and get it resolved multiple times and nobody called me back.
Excellent experience! Comprehensive knowledge, and so many fun goodies to take home with my new clubs! I am obsessed with my xxio.
Went in at about 4:15 they close at 5. They were not to energetic to help. I was looking to buy a couple no clubs 3 wood and a driver
They kinda killed the vibe along with my mood to buy. So I left went home and started looking on ebay
Staff was very nice & helpful
It's happiest place for golfers, I'm in here 3 or more times a week. Always a fun stop. Never know what you'll find
