01/31/2025 - Thank you Roger Dunn for Frank Betancourt. He was very KNOWLEDGEABLE and patient with my recent purchase of a set of golf clubs for a staff member at my work. He allowed me to ask "dumb" questions in order to get to the proper questions to ask for my staff to have a good experience with this new hobby. I also want to thank Jeff, the Asst Mgr who was READILY available when I asked for a consignment with the items I purchased.

Spent 2 hours hitting all the clubs the customer service rep was bringing me, but then he left to help another customer. Half hour later I was still waiting for him to return. I was having a good experience until he left me waiting for over an half hour. I’m didn’t like the 12 degree lofted driver he brought to me and was hoping he recommend a different one. I left without buying the complete bag I planned on purchasing.
