Alex and I connected over phone about a driver fitting and I ended up coming into the store on a recent weekday. While I thought the entire time that I might've needed a new driver, he actually suggested shortening my stock shaft and adjusting the loft of the head so that I wouldn't need to buy anything unnecessarily. The fact that he was there to advise me on how to better utilize my equipment instead of throwing money at the problem earned my trust. I will definitely be back more often here and will opt to purchase more clubs in the future here vs. elsewhere due to Alex's extraordinary customer service.
Best golf store in the area! They helped me purchase my set over a year ago and I’ve been back many times since then for all of my other golf needs. The staff has always been super helpful, informative, and never pushy. You also can’t beat their return policy!
This Golfmart location is absolutely amazing. I believe all the workers are very happy and helpful and this makes my experience so much better. I recently just broke a clubhead from my six iron and they were able to fix it and just under $60. They were receptive over the phone And I feel like all the workers are pretty knowledgeable on how this process of repairs worked. In the end my club head was actually still pretty loose and they fixed it. Free of charge in under one day. All the workers are pretty nice and there’s also a hidden bathroom in the back that is very clean if you needed to use it. Overall, I just feel that I’m a happy customer to this location.

I have multiple shopping experience, and this store is great. The manager, assistant manager, and all the staff are really friendly, professional and helpful. Great club selections and fantastic return policy.
Loren really went above and beyond for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and one of the largest golf centers I’ve been to. If you’re looking for anything golf related look no further. Thanks again!
I recently started playing golf with my coworker/friend and can’t be more grateful for a store like Golf Mart!
Their 90 day return policy helped me confidently purchase/exchange my clubs, so that I didn’t waste my hard earned money on clubs I found unfit to my playing style over the years. In my case, every three to two months.
It will be a year in December when my golf journey started and wish I had started earlier since Father Time is not on my side.
Anyhow, cheers to all golfers out there fighting the good fight to improve their game and for places like Golf Mart that makes me feel like a kid exited to learn and get better at a new found love.

I recently made a brief visit to The Golf Mart in South San Francisco, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Despite my short time there, I got exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently.
I realized I had left home without packing a belt, and I was in a hurry to make it to my tee time. I asked the young lady at the front counter for assistance in finding stretchy golf belts. She went above and beyond by not only directing me but also personally walking me over to them. This level of service was fantastic and greatly appreciated, especially given my time constraints.
Thanks to her helpfulness, I was able to get what I needed and be on my way swiftly. The Golf Mart provided excellent customer service that made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone in need of golf gear with top-notch service!
Went in for the first time, very new to the sport, and gear / clubs can be very technical. Was super intimidated with the selection. Geoff helped me pick out clubs that were particularly forgiving for a beginner, and at different budgets and price points. Walked out with my first 3 clubs (3h, 6i, putter). Couldn't be happier with the service and help.
Great prices especially in the demo and used club area.
