Customer service is great. Freddie and Tom were most helpful in obtaining two wedges at my request. The wedges were not in stock and appeared not readily available. Yet Freddie and Tom uswed best efforts to canvass other stores and received both wedges within a week. Thank you, Ed

Great place, Steve Berger, the manager took my Ping Gold club that broke. Sent it back to Ping and got it fixed for me and there was no charge. I did not buy the club at this store. This is outstanding service. I took the same club to the PGA Superstore where I bought the club and they were no help. Amazing. I would highly recommend Edwin Watts golf shop and Steve.
I came into find a putter and Steve was unbelievable at helping me find the right one for my game. He also helped fit me for a new driver that I am going to buy next! I have never come across such great service in a golf store which is very refreshing in these days and times!
Had an amazing experience with Tom Wiley. He got me for perfect set of clubs. Extremely friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He took his time and focused on my needs vs just trying to sell me a set of clubs. If you ever need a fitting, new clubs, or just gold advise, Tom and the whole team is a great.

My family is fairly new to golf. We bought all of our equipment at Edwin Watts. Steve and the entire staff are so helpful every step of the way. We recently had a problem with a club, and they fixed the club within a day. The personalized service cannot be beat!
I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people that have helped me in so many ways, at the Boca location of Edwin Watts Golf! I am 80 years old and a BRAND NEW golfer. When I went into the store there was nothing that I knew about picking out golf clubs...It would have been easy to steer me wrong, but Jason, my dear salesman turned friend, id an amazing job! He had me try many clubs and would instruct me regarding the pros and cons of each. They have two areas set up to try out the clubs and a machine connects with a computer stress to measure the speed, angle, spin and distance of your swing and strike of the ball! It demonstrated those aspects of each action and it was easy to see which clubs were my friends and which were not so much my friends! Anyway, I bought the set that I really loved and left hoping that I hadn't made a mistake! About a half hour later I went to.the golf shop at Wynmoor and Kevin whom I didn't know) was there. He is the golf Pro at Wynmoor and Palm Aire
I mentioned just buying clubs and he asked what Is bought. When I mentioned the ladies XXIO he said, "You sure didn't go wrong on those! They're like the Bentley!"...whew...that helped my confidence re my purchase! My LPGA Pro in PA, Diane Rama also said that Jason had steered me perfectly and that I would enjoy the clubs for the next 49 years! To 120!

I went there today as a new golfer looking to purchase a set of clubs,Tom Wiley helped us and was above and beyond helpful, professional and was even showing me how to hold clubs properly! There should be more sales people like Tom Wiley!

Huge thanks to Steve and Tom at Edwin Watts! My Qi10 driver had a crack on the crown and they went out of their way to help me out. They contacted the manufacturer and got me a replacement , the new Qi35 model. Super helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend seeing them for anything golf-related!

I went in to the store to look at some new irons. Tom Wiley was my sales representatives or shall I say the educator. He was not a pushy sales rep. He went out of his way to find the right clubs at the right price. I couldn't be happier with my new TaylorMade clubs. Thanks Tom.

Stopped in to grab a preowned driver after breaking my travel set driver during my visit. Kevin was quick to assist and was great in helping me find the right club for what I needed. All the staff I interacted with during my visit were great.
Always a pleasure coming here. Freddie & Steve are amazing I can’t say enough about how professional and friendly they are. They worked with me and fixed my swing and pointed me in the right way of which driver and shaft I was hitting the best I gained about 30yds. I felt like I was just hanging out with my golf buddies. Stumbled in here by luck (was initially looking to buy a new putter and a new driver). Ended up working with a guy named Tom Wiley who turned out to be an absolute legend. Helped me try out some drivers and putters and ended up helping me find my draw again. Not only did I walk out with 2 new excellent clubs but I also added an extra 15-30 yards to all my shots based on a couple tips Tom gave me to help change my baby fade to a baby draw. Tom is truly one of the nicest and smartest golf guys I’ve ever met.
Tom is an absolute legend! He took the time to get me set up right from the start. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience all around dealing with Tom at Edwin Watts

I needed to upgrade my entire bag. First I went To pga superstore to get my driver and didn’t have the best experience at all, so I started to research a lot. The best reviews I saw online and from friends and family were for Edwin watts in Boca and specifically tom. I went in yesterday and scoped out the place and met tom. He was everything the reviews say about him. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.
They have everything you need there to find the right clubs for you, shafts, clubs and technology ,so I booked a fitting with him.
Tom spent an hour with me. I felt very comfortable with him and he checked every aspect of my swing. He went through my bag and we figured out exactly what was needed. Tried many different brands and I ended up getting a new set of irons and a hybrid. He even had me swing my driver I got from pga store because I thought maybe I had the wrong shaft or club but he looked at the stats and my swing and said it was perfect for me. He could have easily tried to sell me a different driver but didn’t. He really looks after you and is more concerned about you having the right club. It was such a wonderful experience I wish I could give more than 5stars. Trust me, I’ve tried all the places and this is the one. Go see tom, you won’t regret it.
Went in earlier today and saw Steve Borger. Super knowledgeable and helpful- came up with a creative solution to my 5 wood shaft issue. Highly recommend checking this place out.
