Went Christmas shopping for my husband and was helped by every employee there. Extremely hospitable and kind.
I came into the shop today looking for a new wedge, and Bill walked right up to me and helped me pick out a wedge that suited me best. He even went as far to let me hit a few wedges to make sure I was comfortable with the loft I was going for.
Also Kudos to Frank and Fernando, their hospitality is second to none! They are there to help.

Went in to try out some new Irons and Patrick helped me out. He was super helpful - I would recommend both him and the store to anyone.
Wanted to give a big thank you to Patrick as well as the store manager Bill. Patrick really took his time working with me while I hit different clubs and set-ups. You could tell he was very knowledgeable, patient and really cared about helping. Bill stepped in to help while I was trying to check out and assisted finding some items I needed that were not currently in stock. He matched prices, honored a coupon, and got them shipped straight to my home. These guys genuinely care about helping and how you feel when you walk out of there. Highly recommended

The staff is always welcoming, courteous and helpful. They have a wide range of golf equipment. Pretty good stock of clubs too. I would recommend them.
Always love my experience at Edwin Watts Jax Beach!! Every time I am looking for a new club or golf gear they treat me right. Dru was exceptional helping me get a new TaylorMade R7 mini driver and popped a new grip on before I ever left the store. No better place for golf equipment in Jacksonville than Edwin Watts golf.
Went yesterday to buy a new set of irons. After a horrible experience at the phillips location I drove to ponte vedra location. Met the Manager Bill told him
About my experience and that I was looking to buy a new set of irons. We was amazing, customer service is A1. He waited till his fitter Tommy was done and introduced me to him. Answered any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed. Tommy and Bill were amazing and I will drive there every time I need something.

I love this place! Every time I go in there, every one is so nice and helpful. They extended my clubs for me and I also bought new grips and some used clubs from them at great prices! The manager, Bill Sellinger, always helps me out and is great! I highly recommend this golf shop for anything you need. They also have 2 bays in the back for testing out clubs and getting fitted, which is very cool.
Bill and the rest of the guys run a great shop, always worth a visit

My husband had been eyeballing some used Taylor Made P790 irons he spotted at this location a couple of weeks back. After deciding to pull the trigger, he called and asked if the store could hold them until the weekend. The gentleman he spoke with was very accommodating and said it was no problem. We were able to come earlier in the week and walked in about 10 minutes before closing. We were greeted by Bill and his son Billy with smiles even though it was just about quitting time. They were extremely helpful with our questions and were quick and efficient when checking us out. We cannot praise these guys and the whole store enough for how awesome they are! If you aren’t visiting this location, then you are missing out.

Just had our son fitted for his first set of clubs. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and patient though the process. Brand new Mizuno irons and they came in 4 days early. Such a great experience

Drew at the beach location of Edwin Watts was wonderful! I'm fairly new to golf and had many questions about wedges. Drew was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! I got a good deal on my perfect clubs. Drew was not pushy or condescending-just helpful!
I've tried all of the other big golf retailers including some fittings at one of the more expensive places. This store location along with ALL of it's staff is nothing short of amazing. Alex fit me for a Ping 4 wood. One of the best fitting experiences I've ever had. Bill (store manager?) worked with me on a 90 day return swap with complete understanding. His assistance in the transaction was incredible. Don't waist your time going anywhere else. I've already done that for you. Just trust me and take all of your golf needs to this store. Regardless who you end up working with here they will bend over backwards to ensure you have a great experience.

Alex was very helpful in finding the right set of irons for me. Having traveled from Idaho, they agreed to ship the product I purchased in the store at no charge. I couldn't be happier with the selection in the store and the customer service.
I had an amazing club fitting experience with Fernando Farinas. He thoroughly explained the process and brought several brands of clubs for me to try based on my swing. He reviewed the results with me carefully always asking “how did it feel”. When we got to the final selection, he suggested a set, but I was still unsure. So, he selected one more club model for me to try, and they were perfect. The entire two hours were extremely low-stress with no sales push. His goal was to get me into the right clubs, and he certainly did. I’m delighted with my choice and would highly recommend Fernando if you are considering a fitting.

They were very busy being late on a holiday weekend but the staff were all very courteous and attentive. Took my 12 year old daughter to get her own first set of clubs and I didn't know where to start. A rep walked us through our options and we found a great set for her and hit the links the next day!
