Tom and other associates were very helpful today. I had a club repaired and I was not able to get back to the Braintree store for a very long time. Tom was able to locate the iron. I had new grips put on and repair guys were very good. Thanks
Just purchased new ping G440/3 fairway metal.
Got better results vs my older ping fairway club.
There was an issue with something that I will not elaborate on but I will say Mike who is the Store manager took care of this situation and made things right for me which was very important. I also got all of my clubs regripped to midsize so looking forward to see if I get better results due to this.
So yes I will continue to give my business to golfers wh in Braintree.
I also want to give a compliment to Tom who also made things right for me on something that should have not been brought up when testing a new fairway metal.

My colleague was looking for a new iron set and I was thinking about picking up a new driver so we decided on a whim to meet up at this Golfers' Warehouse location in Braintree during our lunch break. This was the first time we have been here and it was a great experience. EVERYONE was so helpful. One person helped my buddy out with finding his new set of irons and another helped me find my "new to me" driver and a grip that felt amazing. Finally, the check out worker was amazing and made me aware of a $20 off $100 purchase coupon which made the deal even better. I could not be happier with this experience and will make the 40 minute drive again when I am ready for some new equipment. A++++ service. I think one of the guys we worked with was named Tom but it really was a team effort to make this 20 handicapper walk out a happy man. Thanks everyone!
Staff is great. Clubs were re-gripped while we shopped. Tons of deals and clearance items for the kids while they have an awesome selection for the avid golfer too.
Fantastic range of items. Second hand clubs is a hit and miss so go there frequently to check what is available. Simulators and friendly staff available which is great. Surprised to see apparel sold at a higher cost than the PGA store down the road.
Brought a set of clubs. Took them home unwrapped them saw the 7 iron was cracked. Took the 7 iron and sent it back to manufactor. I recieved the iron back in 2 weeks with a different shaft and different gripe. Very unhappy with their customer service.
I am pleased to share that I received a call from the store manager. He has resolved the issue by replacing the iron with one that matches my set. I must say, this has been a significantly improved experience. Thank you.

I had the opportunity to work with Connor on a full bag fitting recently and he was excellent. I felt he was thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with during the process. He worked hard to make sure we found the best fits and presented multiple options along with his recommendations. I’d encourage anyone to reach out if you’re in the market to be fitted.
I am a seasoned golfer and have worked with a number of different club fitters and golf shops. My overall best experience has been at the Braintree store and specifically working with Tommy. Never try’s to sell me. Let’s me move at my own pace, offers great insight into the latest clubs and when asked offers me great advice on my swing. He is the #1 reason I go to this shop. If your going to Golfers in Braintree, make sure you ask for Tommy

I completed an Iron fitting with Connor at the golfers warehouse In Braintree, Massachusetts. He was incredibly patient and looked at every aspect of my swing to get the right combination of flex, length, loft, land angle and spin. He also took time to make sure the clubs addressed my need for a slightly lighter Club given some lower back issues. He did a Phenomenal job on the fitting And I am thrilled with the outcome.

I have been a customer of golfers warehouse for over 20 years. The staff are friendly knowledgeable patient and easy to work with. I feel very confident in their knowledge to fit me with the golf equipment that is right for me. They are tireless in ensuring that you are properly fitted and are making the right purchase. What is even better they have. 90 day policy on purchases for credit for a new club. How great is that. I will not buy my golf equipment anywhere else. Tommy has been fantastic to work with providing me the right equipment and help with my swing. Friendly comfortable no pressure golfers is the best for me
They are always on top of it at Golfers Warehouse, I had an issue with a product that was passed the return or exchange date and they exchanged it for me. No pain or suffering they just did the right thing.

An absolutely amazing experience. I recently just got fitted and I couldn’t have asked for more. They really make you feel comfortable and gave me much needed tips to help improve my game aside from the fitting. Always the best prices around and such a great environment. I highly recommend this store for golfers of any skill.

Great selection of clubs, bags, balls, etc., 4 bays to try clubs, advice from knowledgeable sales people, gripping and repair services. And discounts! What’s not to like?
Friendly and helpful, had my 6-iron reshafted and gripped within two days.
Fantastic experience buying a new set of irons and a putter. As a lefty, they had a great selection, and Chuck was able to give some poignant advice and make me feel like I found the perfect fit. Will come back for future golf needs!
