Staff is great always a wonderful experience!! Great culture
Large shop on Rte 1 South in Danvers. Has a good selection of irons - drivers and putters, as well as full sets. Taylor Made, Cleveland, Callaway, Ping, Titleist, Cobra and more. They also have a variety of golf shoes, attire, balls, tees, etc. Looked like they have a repair shop, take in trades and do have a small putting green and a couple bays for testing the clubs and your swing...
Great products, great deals, great staff! Store manager David Macdonald is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I purchased a $499.00 AI Smoke SN flex shaft driver. I didn't like it, it was too flimsy for me. I brought it back to exchange for the same one but with a regular stiff shaft. It was over the 90 day warranty by 3 weeks, and they still exchanged the club for me. Not only that, it was $100.00 cheaper. The staff was amazing they let swap the club NO questions asked and gave me the $100.00 discount...

Customer service is exceptional! Got a fitting from Eddie, was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. He didn't try getting me into new irons, instead he and Rob were able to tweak my lie angle and length to accommodate me. These guys are the best! Highly recommend. Will always be going back there.
The only place I get any work done on my clubs is here. Simply put: Because of Rob. He is a talent at every and any club work that needs to be done. He has adjusted the lies and lofts of my clubs countless times, provides his insight (only if requested - the best part) and even shows you the process for the curious minds. There are countless high-end and box stores that offer similar services, but not all of them have a Rob.
