I was fitted for a driver and the golf pro Patrick was amazingTook the time to work with me to get just the right club.And set up for my mechanics.I was so pleased that I went in for a driver came out with a whole set of clubs that fit me a seventy year old wannabe golfer that loves the game. Came in to get my irons fitted to me that I bought from a different Edwin Watts store. Staff were super helpful and Pat was great to work with during the fitting. He gave great recommendations while still leaving plenty of room for me to discuss my swing tendencies and how I think my swing will change as I get used to the new length. On top of everything, they gave me a new 90 day guarantee since I ended up switching into a slightly different set of irons that were recommended for better durability. 10/10 experience and I refuse to go to any other golf store.

I love the store on Pineville Matthews Road in Charlotte. Staff is very friendly and I have an amazing selection. Don Pyler Was extremely helpful and I got an awesome pair of shoes with his assistance. Anytime I go to the store the staff is always helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for golf supplies

Justin did a fantastic job installing new shafts and grips on my woods and driver! This will definitely be my new go to place for any kind of club building / club repair.
First time visiting this golf store and decided to demo a driver. Patrick was very helpful with providing details on ball speed and impact. Didn't plan on purchasing anything but after his expertise, I decided to get a Ping G440 LS. Thumbs up to this store and their customer service!
This place is sweet. ALL the guys that work here are willing to help you with anything you need. I recently got some clubs from here & had them re-shafted. They did an excellent job.
I told them everything I needed done & they made it happen very quick.
I’ll continue to come here in the future & I promise, anybody that try’s this place out will feel the same as me
First time going to the new store on Pineville-Matthew’s a few days ago to have my iron lofts adjusted. Great service and very good price!! So much better than the big box store that calls itself Super….. where no matter what you want done it’s 4-5 days. Staff is friendly and helpful. A+ !!
Went to Edwin Watts today to get fitted for a driver shaft. I worked with Patrick during the fitting. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and confident during the process. We went through several shafts before finding the right one. He was very detailed in the numbers on spin rate and launch angles but made it very easy to understand. We got into the right shaft with the right launch and spin. Even added yardage to the drives. I would highly recommend going to Edwin Watts and working with Patrick.
I worked with Patrick and he was more than gracious with his time. He spent about 1.5 hrs with me for an iron fitting. I was looking into the Mizuno S3, T-150, Srixon Xi7 and by the end of the fitting we came to the conclusion that the S3 and Ping Blueprint(Patricks suggestion during the fitting) that these performed the best for my swing and data with a GC Quad. Patrick had patience and was very accommodating working through the different heads and shafts that performed the best for my swing. This place is great, customer service is fantastic. If you’re looking to get fit for anything I would recommend giving them a shot. Also, didn’t push me into purchasing anything.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be visiting more often for my golf needs.
Had a great experience there. The workers are very intentional on helping the clubs that best suit your game.

Came in looking to replace my irons which are 20 years old. I’m a casual golfer (15-20 rounds a year max) with a realistic acceptance of the strengths (few) and weaknesses (many) of my game. I was helped out immensely by Miller, who took in what I told him and steered me to a nice used set that fit my goals for improvement and more importantly fit my budget. He had me hit a few balls in their state of the art bay, and then with no harsh judgment or condescension told me exactly what he thought I needed. Instead of pushing me into new clubs or used ones that were more expensive, he explained perfectly why the set he selected were good for me. He listened to what I told him, watched my swing, and then told me what I needed. Simple, nice, direct and with absolutely no used car salesman bullshit. I wasn’t anxious to show anybody what passes for my swing, so I was dreading this process but he made it so easy. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing experience here! I’m about 90% sure my fitters name was Patrick and he was awesome, he worked with my budget and didn’t try to upsale me! It was my first fitting experience and I will definitely be coming back here every staff member was very helpful. If you want a good experience go to Edwin watts do not go to pga superstore or golf galaxy

Stopped in for the 1st time today to check out their used clubs selection and I was definitely surprised. They have a MUCH better selection than the other guys. I picked up a fairway wood at half the price of a new one and this thing was used for maybe 1 round. Flawless! Miller was extremely helpful. Go check them out!
After a terrible experience getting irons adjusted at locally owned golf shop, Edwin Watts was recommended. What a wonderful experience! They’ve got my business. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this Edwin Watts location in Charlotte since it opened earlier this year. It is a chain store but seeing the same staff there every time I go in makes it feel like a local golf shop. All the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly to all skill levels of golfer. I do have to give a special shout out to Justin their club repair specialist, no matter if it is a re grip or custom club build I know I am getting the best quality of work and craftsmanship with a great turn around time when he is on the job.
Will take all my club repair/tweaks here. Great guys that know their stuff
They’re extremely knowledgeable and approachable! I have bought two fairway woods from them, and I like that I can test the club before purchasing. I also like their trial period incase I don’t love my club purchase. Their selection is diverse, and I think everyone who is into golf can find something they like here. As I women I felt very comfortable wondering around the store which I appreciate a lot! Thank you!
This place is the real deal! I took my son who is starting to learn golf and I worked with Evan and a few other folks and I couldn’t be more happier. It was zero pressure, they were very knowledgeable and they let him test drive several clubs. No clock watching. They offered advice based on his swing and we left with a set that he absolutely loves. Will definitely be stopping back for myself.
