I have come here for a a couple years for the youth ski rentals and for other ski related purchases due to encountering some great deals. Everyone there is kind, helpful and always able to assist in anything needed.
Bruce at Golf & Ski was fantastic. He spent a lot of time making sure my new ski boots fit properly for both comfort and performance. He really listened, asked thoughtful questions, and patiently worked through adjustments until everything felt right. His attention to detail and problem solving made a huge difference. I can't thank Kyle enough for his outstanding support! When FedEx lost my package, Kyle went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He tirelessly reached out to multiple contacts to track down my lost shipment and, in the meantime, expedited my new irons to ensure I wasn't left empty-handed. His dedication was evident as he even took the time to call me on weekends to keep me updated. At a time when I felt frustrated and unsupported by FedEx, Kyle's help made all the difference. Highly recommend him for his exceptional customer service at golf and ski!

Excellent store for the golf and ski enthusiast! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciate the staff is available and not "pushy". Plus they do not seem short staffed as it was not hard to find help ! Keep up the great job !

This place knows how to run a business!! I had an issue with one of my irons (noticed iron head was starting to come off shaft). I expected to leave it to have it repaired hoping to have it soon enough to get a few more rounds it this season. The guy at the register said let me check with the repair shop and started writing it up. The repair shop guy came up looked at it said I can do that right now. Told guy at register not to bother writing it up. 15 minutes later it was done, no charge, smiles all around. I WILL BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!
