We had an outstanding experience purchasing a ladies and men's set of new PING clubs at this location! Living in Ecuador (originally from Canada), getting golf equipment shipped to us is possible—but extremely expensive. While visiting friends in the area, we reached out to Iris, who went above and beyond. In less than a week, she had our custom club orders ready and waiting for us. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process seamless.

Professional and friendly service. We went and bought clubs, push cart and accessories yesterday and had such a great time we went back today. I upgraded my bag and got a new push cart. Awesome service and great selection. I appreciate their customer service and upgrade and return policies. Reminded me how much more fun it is to shop in person at a great store. Went in for a club fitting and none of the guys there seem interested in helping me and I was fortunate to find a young lady to get me fitted into some cobra clubs and she was more than helpful and very knowledgeable in what she was trying to get me into for my first set didn’t want me to spend to much and got me going. And gave me recommendations into lesson in the future!

Just went in to get my clubs regripped, looked like they didn’t have the ones I needed and as soon as I was about to give up, Jordan one of the workers walked up and asked if I needed anything. He found the grips I needed but then let me know the service guy had already left.
Instead of letting me wait until the next day to get them on, Jordan went out of his way and got all my grips done in a great time frame. 10/10 best golf shop in abq. Would recommend to anyone

Loved this place! They have everything you need and just things you want. Staff was very helpful. Loved the putting area and I liked I was able to try the putters out before buying. I will definitly be back again soon to get new clubs!

While it is super easy to spend a fortune here, they never try to pressure you into a sale. The staff is super helpful and is always willing to answer your questions. I happily drive 15 miles across town to visit this store and will continue to do so.

Awesome service, advice, and club repair!
They seemed irritated when I asked questions about the clubs. Prices aren’t anything to write home about, but not out of line. Cashier was nice. Selection of new and used is very big.
Edit: Went back again today. I interacted with 3 folks. 2 of them seemed genuinely irritated with having to deal with a customer. 1 was very nice.
I don’t want to shop here because of the people that work here and their negative attitudes. Yet, I end up spending 1k because they have a big selection.
Edit: been back a few times. Very pleasant and helpful experiences with Rose (?) in shoes and with the clubsmith in the back. Great job on the wedge!

I have been into the store a few times in the last month. They have always been friendly and helpful.
Jeremy at the club repair counter is the best. I brought in a couple of broken drivers a few days ago without any idea what I needed, and he helped me out with the simulator, gave me a great selection of shafts to choose from, and even gave me a few tips on my swing. Great price and the drivers both hit better than ever.

My husband found the exact putter that he wanted. They have new and some used equipment. They have a golf simulator and lots of golf stuff. The staff were all very helpful.

I needed to kill a few hours so I decided to go to Golf Mart and see what they had to offer. I was greeted when I walked into the store and was helped by A member of their staff named Devin. He was super friendly, Very knowledgeable about golf and made me feel like I was one of the guys playing in a foursome. He helped me get into the correct driver shaft I needed. I had purchased a driver from Dick's And their recommendation was a regular. Devin took a look at my swing speed. He suggested some options. I ended up going with a stiff shaft that was a little bit lighter and I hit it great!! He also changed the grip out for me as their Club repair guy was off that day. Anytime I am in Albuquerque. I will definitely go to gulf Mart even if it's just to say hello and talk golf with Devin. Our conversation was great!! You just don't get customer service like that anymore. He was willing to go above and beyond for the smallest things like a grip!! Golf Mart is truly a legitimate golf store and the managers must know what they're doing when hiring because everyone was so professional, friendly and overall the environment was just great. I wish it was in my city!!
