I have been going to the Reno Golf Mart for the last 4 or so years. I have had the pleasure of going in and becoming a bit of a “regular” if you will. It’s always been fast, incredible service with the whole team. Don, the store manager has always been extremely helpful and very considerate when it comes to what is best for me and my golf game. Cody and Steve have always been so helpful, and so very nice to me and my kids, as I always have one of them with me. Riley, Ryan and the other Steve have always been very good about pointing me in the right direction. Ultimately if you’re in Reno, whether you live here or just visiting and need a store for all of your golf goods, The Golf Mart is the best place in town, and they will always give you good service, whether it be you’re a pro golfer, or just starting out. The Golf Mart will always put your needs first.

I want to give a huge shout out to Steve and all the other staff I interacted with at The Golf Mart in Reno. I had to do a warranty claim on a cracked 3-wood that I purchased from an online distributor which went out of business. Steve helped make this process seamless on my end; he fought the manufacturer on my behalf since the manufacturer tried to rug pull my warranty by claiming it was received a few days after my warranty expired. It did take almost 3 months, but it was well worth the wait as I received an upgraded 3-wood head and shaft (again shout out to Steve). I will definitely be taking my golf needs and business to The Golf Mart in Reno again.

Ty was very helpful. Got me fitted for an entire bag in 1 day. I am very thankful for his knowledge and patience. I can be a pain sometimes and have quirks about how I have things but he maintained graciousness throughout. For instance, getting different woods and irons but my AuDHD was having none of that. He worked with me until we finally narrowed down the best clubs for me, that also happen to match. Thanks Ty. I really appreciate it. I really love my new set of Taylor Made clubs and bag. See you again soon.

Man, the folks at golf mart are terrific. I never write reviews but I am so pleased with the staff and customer service that I just had to get on and shout them out. First and foremost go see Peter he is the man but secondly, I am not the best golfer and so I recently upgraded my whole bag which includes the new Taylormade Qi4D driver and woods. The driver got cracked over the weekend while playing and I went it, they just double checked to make sure it was warranty-able and swapped me out with a new driver head. Go to Golf shop for me in Reno for sure.

I've been a customer here for a few years now and the crew are awesome, I've bought putters, wedges, fairway woods , drivers. They really are knowledgeable and really do help you to get what you're looking for. They are my go to shop.

Found the perfect gift for my son's 16th birthday at Golf Mart. Shoes, socks, glove, clubs.....the whole nine yards. My friend recommended this store and I am happy to have found them. Prices are fantastic and service is very good. Heading to Golf Mart today to buy a set of clubs for me. Friendly business with good prices.

Went in for a couple things specifically, and was in love with the store from jump street. Found the exact Mizuno 4 iron in the used club section (9.5/10 quality) for $100, and a Callaway Elyte 3 wood (8/10 quality) for $289; over $20 cheaper than anywhere online not including shipping and wait time. They also have an amazing collection of name brand practice equipment, great putter selection, head overs, ball markers, you name it. If I lived closer I’d probably have a lot more clubs! Thanks to Cal for helping me in the simulator.

Outstanding service from Steve and the entire staff. Came in on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and I both were fitted for clubs and walk out with great sets. Very knowledgeable and friendly

These guys are great! Always asking if you need help with anything, they are happy to show you anything they have in stock and give their honest opinion. I’ve already been back and brought two other friends to show the store to, they both walked out with purchases. See you guys soon.
