Over time i noticed my irons not playing along with my swing. Went to a big brand store and they told me they were ~1.5° flatter lie than when i bought them. They could do it but wouldn't be done till next evening. I couldn't wait that long due to a 3 day tournament. Went to Edwin Watts Golf and told them the same thing. Confirmed they were flat. Less than 15 minutes later, Brian Derham got them back to spec for me. Great service and very friendly. Probably saved me a bad next couple of days.

Called their store to see if they could fit me in for a lie adjustment. They told me to come right in. The store manager (Brian) was an absolute pleasure to work with. We discussed multiple things about my swing and the contact I was making with my irons and he made the adjustments on the spot. I would definitely recommend this store for all your golf needs.

We visited the store Monday and Brian Derham’s assistance made our day. Our daughter, a very new golfer who lives in Liberia, West Africa, was in search of clubs for herself and friends. She bought new clubs and used clubs. And Brian donated various golf items that the store could not sell because of condition issues for her to take back to Liberia for youth golf programs. We cannot thank him enough for his advice and generosity.

The store manager Brian was a life saver. My first day on vacation in Hilton Head, the screw to the weight in my driver snapped clean off with the bottom half of the screw stuck in the driver head. I brought it to Brian and his team, and they truly saved the day (week). He took it upon himself to deal with Ping for the warranty and sent me home with a brand new Ping driver head so I could enjoy the additional rounds of golf that I had booked for the week. Customer service at its best and will be surely taking all of my business to them back home in Danvers, MA from now on. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Brian and Edwin Watts. Give this man a raise!
Always a pleasant experience! Really helped me out with a broken club, always timely to repair clubs and always more than fair. The place to go in the Lowcountry for new and used clubs and club repair!

Brian and Barry were great help with choosing some starter clubs and getting them extended for me. I purchased the clubs and had them extended the same day. Very patient and not pushy on selling me things I didn't need or overly expensive clubs for a beginner.

Hands down the best golf shop in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area. They have a great club selection but more importantly, the best club repair and re-gripping. Blows PGA Superstore customer service out of the water.

I had an awesome experience where I truly felt like both a person and a valued customer. Brian took the time to work with me and helped me find the perfect wedge. That’s it—just a wedge—but the attention and care he showed made a huge impression. From now on, this will be my go-to golf store. I highly recommend checking them out!

Keith Koobs is the best. I wanted new clubs but was not sure what. Keith took the time with me to go thru several options. I ended up spending half the money in Edwin Watts that I was about to in PGA super store. Staff was super nice. I love this store. Also the manager Brian Derham was super helpful with my wife getting golf shoes picked out. All around great experience. I will use these guys for all my golf needs. They are 2 hours away from me but worth the drive. Thanks guys. Eddie Thompson

Landed in Savannah Ga on our way to Hilton Head & my husband’s driver shaft was broken during flight. Kyle & Brian at Edwin Wats golf shop were awesome! They worked & worked & were able to repair in about 30 minutes! Saved the day for my hubbies golf game. Great shop you must stop by for all your golf needs.
I have visited the Edwin Watts Bluffton , SC. store many times. Brian , the gregarious manager there has never failed to go above and beyond in providing me great customer service while drawing on his vast knowledge of all things golf ,to answer any when needed explanation for every question I've asked him.
