I would like to give a big shout out to everyone about Edwin Watts Golf in Charleston, South Carolina I had an expensive electric golf cart that could not be fixed anywhere on the East Coast. The company finally sent me a replacement part, but had no idea what to do with it. I took it to Kim Simmons, the teaching pro at Edwin Watts.( A super person and fantastic teacher) And she introduced me to Jack Hinkle, ( I think he must be the managing partner) He was amazing. Took this complicated part. Replaced it on my electric cart in about 15 minutes. No fanfare, just a quiet service for one of their customers. I can’t say enough about how good these people are and how hard they work to better the experience for all their customers In Golf, and in the other sports equipment that they sell. They are so attentive to you and make you feel they have all the time in the world for you. I can’t say enough about Jack and Kim. They are the best.

I bought my first set of golf clubs today at Edwin Watts. As a beginner golfer I had no idea where to begin, but Kim was very helpful. She showed me several different starter sets in different price ranges and let me try them out. She gave me good tips as she watched me swing and hit the ball. I got a nice set with her help and walked out as a happy customer.

I purchased a set of irons from a buddy that had the lie adjusted to 2 degrees upright. I found that all of my hits were going left so i decided to give Edwin Watts a call and was greeted by Jack. I asked how id go about figuring out what my lie angle was and they told me to come by and they'd get me straight. Within 30 minutes Clinton tested my swing and found that all my clubs needed to come down 2 degrees flat and they had all the clubs adjusted accordingly! They let me know to keep a record the next time i go out to the course and they'd change the lie if each club if needed. Their work was quick and very well priced, extremely friendly and kind staff. Will definitely return again with all my golf needs!

Robert & Kim are awesome people they don't just sell golf equipment they sell solutions to suit everyone's Needs. Staff always very helpful. Analyze swing and recommend proper loft and lie and adjust your clubs while you wait. Will even put spike replacements in your shoes for you.
