Had a fitting for a driver today with Chris. I'm 79 and was hoping the new technology would give more distance and control.
Found the new products did not have lower swing weight options(40 gram)and the new drivers seemed heavier and harder to swing than my Cobra aerojet. Chris showed me a used XC10 with a 35 gram shaft. This fit my needs so I purchased it. Really give Chris a 100 on customer service.

Had the pleasure to test out a ton of different sets of irons after setting up a club fitting appointment over the phone. Blair was a fantastic help and I couldn’t recommend him more for any type of service at Edwin Watts. They have fair prices and fantastic service all around. Best golf store in TN

So I just went in here today to look for a new driver shaft after mine broke and I replaced it with another one that I'm not too fond of at the moment. There was a salesperson there that took extremely good care of me and took about 40 minutes out of his day to give me free driver lessons and he tried out different shafts and driver heads with me. Even though they work off commission he told me that he didn't feel comfortable selling me a new shaft for all that money because it was really my swing that was the problem.
I can't tell you how much business places like this get from me after finding a very honest salesman. I will be back to give that young man my business when I'm ready to purchase a new driver or putter. Absolutely awesome service!

Edwin Watts is the best golf store hands down in the Memphis, TN area.

Definitely recommend Kevin Pruitt if you’re going in for a fitting! He was the best and made the experience so fun!! Awesome guy. Will be going here for all golf needs.

Nice store. Customer service could use some improvement. No one ever offers to help. Check out process is silent and I don’t get a thank you or have a good day. Feel ignored. Otherwise it’s good.
I love this place! Brandon has become a good friend of mine! All the guys and gals are awesome and they love golf! If you need a grip redone or a new shaft put on, Brandon is the only guy I trust to do it!

Spent over $2000.00 and not a lot smiling faces at the cash register. I said hi and no reply to guy on cash register. Staff seemed apathetic in general. One happy guy out of 5!!!

This location is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon Lee in the repair shop is awesome.
Before you go somewhere and custom order a bunch of stuff, head to Edwin Watts and discuss it with Brandon Lee. You will probably save some money and end up with an equal or better product.
Edwin Watts is where I prefer to go for my golf needs here in Memphis. The staff there are knowledgeable and are always willing to help. Special shoutout to Jay for helping fit me for clubs that fit my game!
My Son purchased a new set of TaylorMade Qi irons and they came in without grips. We went up there to pick them up but the club repair guy had left for the day. Without any hesitation, the Asst Manger Brett, grabbed the clubs and said he would install the grips. The salesman took my Son back to select the grips and in no time at all, Brett was done. Great customer service by Brett! Thank you

Variety, friendly helpful staff. Got fitted for clubs. What a difference that makes. If you can't find it here you probably don't need it.
