As a beginner golfer, I felt extremely welcomed by everyone from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to help. A special shoutout to Jon, who provided outstanding customer service and even remembered my name when I came back the very next day. The atmosphere feels much more boutique and personalized than a typical golf store, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they care about their customers and are passionate about golf. We visited Worldwide Golf, Edwin Watts Golf Shop, on June 9 and had an outstanding experience. Mr. Matt Ehmke, the Club Fitting Specialist, took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right equipment for my game. I had a list of clubs that I was considering, and Matt allowed me to try as many clubs as I wished during the fitting process. There was no pressure and no fitting fee involved, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His guidance helped me make an informed decision based on actual performance rather than guesswork. This is their NEW location, much roomier and a larger selection of inventory. They have brand new practice bays and they run some good sales often. Apparel is very visible and they usually have clubs that PGA or Golf Galaxy are sold out of, so inventory is top tier. Customer service is incredible everyone is accommodating and willing to help, the manager does an excellent job managing this store. Will be back again and again and again!

First time visiting this store—what a gem. I’m really glad I took the time to check it out. It completely exceeded my expectations. The prices are fantastic, and the selection is better than anything else in the area. They even had a few items I haven’t been able to find anywhere else—and in stock. On top of that, I ended up getting one of the items I really wanted at 20% off thanks to a surprise sale on new release footwear. I almost don’t want to share this because I’ll definitely be back for more—but credit where it’s due. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Edwin Watts Golf just earned a customer for life. As a beginner golfer, and not being entirely versed in what goes into a fitting, I would like to share my first fitting experience at Edwin Watts. I spoke with Mr. Jon Rossler nearly a month before my fitting, and he was very eager to listen to my brand requests and goals for my scheduled fitting. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Mr. Jon, who immediately took my bag and set me up at a bay. I will be transparent: my swing was not the best on this day, but Jon was patient and took his time while I got some kinks worked out prior to my fitting start. He had my brand requests ready to go when I was warmed up and studied my statistics as I made some good swings. Jon worked with me to ensure I was fitted with the correct shafts and clubs when the data showed what I needed. At the end of my session, Jon assured me that if I had any troubles or did not like my selection, he would be happy to see me again to help out however he could. I wish I could provide some more technical feedback, but as a beginner, I was beyond satisfied. The selection in-store was on par, if not better than any big brand store you will find. I would recommend coming to Edwin Watts for a fitting or just to get a new set. I will for sure be back to this location for my next set.

Been here multiple times, and couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. Got fitted at Golftec for irons, and the process felt very rushed. At Edwin watts, John took his time, and got me set up with a set of irons that I love. When I came to pick up the irons, the manufacturer had put the grips on wrong. Since I came to pick them up a few minutes before closing, I offered to come back tomorrow. John wasn’t having it, and stayed a few minutes past closing time to regrip my clubs and make sure my order was right. I’ll be an Edwin watts customer for life.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I went in just to use their simulator to get numbers for my different sets. I also traded in my irons and they gave me a great deal considering their age. Will absolutely be back to support this local business.

Had a great fitting session with Matt for new woods and a putter. Matt was patient and knowledgeable. Swapped out shafts to find the right weight and took our time reviewing the track data. Personalized service, staff are top notch. This will be my go to for golf needs. Purchased a set of Titelist irons, gently used. The staff treated me well. The prices were great and if you are nice they might give you a discount. Keep doing it the way you are. Love this store. Cannot wait to go back. I went to Edwin Watts with sore wrists and elbows from my clubs I had fitted at one of the big box golf chains, who basically told me to pay for another fitting despite less than a year of playing them. Shawn, Edwin Watts’s master club fitter, was awesome. He was very patient and programmatic as I needed to experiment with different weights and flexes for the graphite iron shafts. We ended up going with a Fujikura pro series, and I couldn’t be happier (and pain-free)! Shawn knows his trade better than anyone I’ve encountered, and the rest of the staff there is very helpful and friendly. Could not recommend highly enough.
