Extremely helpful and knowledgeable
Amazing customer service, I purchased a set of Mizuno blades from the display wall and when I got home I found a few minor dings. I called the next day and ask if I could return them for a set brand new in the box and there was no hassle, they arrived in 2 days and they were happy to help. Great store great people they aren't lying about 100% satisfaction 👍

Friendly and very helpful golf equipment experts. I was pondering which make/model/size new grips to go with. The expert brought a promotion to my attention that waives the grip installation fee and saved me $30. They do what's best for the customer and I really appreciate that.

Im a beginner and was nervous about buying my first serious driver, Vans employees welcomed me and knew just what I needed, they didnt push me to buy the more expensive of the two drivers that i tested out. And instead they suggested the one that i hit better which was the cheaper of the two. I took that driver to the range and afterwards noticed the head had split and cracked in two places. I was nervous to bring it in same day, but they reassured me its a known problem and they apologized and replaced it with a brand new one. I cannot recommend this store enough I really wish i could remember the name of the employee who helped me. Will be definitely going back to buy more clubs in the future. Thank you!

John (Store Manager) here is great. I had some work needing to be done on my clubs (New iron shaft install + Shaft trimming + grips on all clubs) I didn't trust any of the club builder / shops in the area, Saw the great reviews this place had and came here. They ensured everything was perfect and done with care.

Just ordered a set of Mizuno JPX 925 Forged and my experience at Vans under the new management was stellar. I went into the shop 3 different occasions trying to decide what to do and the new manager helped me try many different shaft options, helped with my swing, and never pressured me to buy. Once ordered I received the set in a week and a half. Great experience, and solid new manager thats been in the industry for a long time.

Great staff. Dave, the manager, is fantastic to work with, always helpful! The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful too. I recommend this van's for great deals, re-grips, and apparel. I only wish they were closer to me. It's my favorite golf shop.
