We are from Australia, traveling through the US and had a few days to spare in Phoenix. Went in to look for some golf shoes. Young kids where very helpful and had some great deals. Advised us which was the best course to play during our visit. Great shop. Would 100% return if we ever came through Phoenix again.

They comped my re-grip, brought a grip in i had purchased elsewhere. Most shops charge $4+ tax. It was like getting a free beer, so thanks guys. I love coming out to Vans Surprise when i visit my folks.

Just the right size neighborhood golf shop. Helpful staff and if you need to pick up balls, grips, or get club repair done, it's perfect and convenient. (Good place to get clubs or get fit too, but that's not usually why I'm there.)

I walked into Van’s Golf Shops feeling like a confused toddler in a golf jungle. Within seconds, I was greeted by a staff so friendly, I started wondering if I accidentally walked into a family reunion. They didn’t just help me find the right gear — they made me feel like a PGA pro (even though my swing could shatter windows). These folks are like caddies for your soul. Super helpful, zero judgment, and just the right amount of dad jokes. Highly recommend — even if you don’t golf, go just to feel like someone believes in you.

Mark and his staff were amazing! Customer service is second to none. We bought a junior set instead of a female set about 9 months ago and Mark took it back and hooked us up on a new set, putter, balls, and a new bag!!! This is the spot to shop golf! If you’re by 32nd st and camelback this is your spot!!!!

Hats off to the sales associates, Mark and Brett, at Vans Golf on Camelback. Both guys are fantastic to work with and go the extra mile to serve the customer. Thanks guys, I appreciate you ! Unfortunately, the store manager, Ted, is not so great. He seems to have an issue upholding the playability policy that is plastered all over every piece of marketing material they have. I buy a ton of golf equipment, and occasionally want to use this benefit, but was recently refused having their policy honored. Fortunately, Van's has several great locations to visit as I will no longer be doing business at the Camelback location. A special shout out to Dave at the Gilbert location, he worked with me to get me into a set of irons that helped me shoot my best round of the year.

Went to this store during my visit to Phoenix and met a guy named Barry who gave us A-1 service! I would make this store my favourite store if I lived here! A must check out if you want some great service and pretty good selection.. All members were eager to help you out with whatever you were looking for. Thanks Guys!!

This is the best local golf shop in the valley. These guys are always helpful and courteous. I always get my grips put on here for a great price. They have great products that you need to play your best golf.

Ted was great! He extended a Presidents’ Day Sale item to me because they didn’t have in stock in the store. It was available elsewhere in their system and it arrived two days later, as promised. Thank you for the above and beyond service.
