I WISH I had more time to shop here with very little time I had the store has variety of things for Golfers and team was super amazing and very helpful.
I love this place and the employees are always helpful and welcoming. I've bought a handful of used clubs here and had a couple clubs re-gripped as well. They've even been able to do a putter re-grip for me on the spot, which was fantastic and let me play with the new grip the same weekend.
I stopped by today to check out what used clubs they had in stock and happened to ask the front desk as I was checking out if they sold fairway wood shafts. I had wanted to try out some stiffer shafts and he encouraged me to bring the club in same-day and they'd help me out.
Even though they were slammed with people shopping for gifts over the holidays, two employees (both named Eric), took the time to get me setup in the simulator and then consider my numerous questions on trade-ins, prices, etc. Very generous with their time for what was an admittedly small transaction.
Ultimately they got me setup with a deal, a new shaft I was happy with, and I also picked up a new used putter at a great price.
These guys are the real deal and super friendly to deal with. While I was trying shaft options in the demo area, I overheard other employees patiently explaining to parents what kind of clubs to gift for their kids, encouraging them to try used clubs first, etc - it's all very genuine and low pressure. Always happy to support this store and I think the team running it has it really figured out.

I have been coming here off and on for years. Today reminded me of why ever "off". Always great customer service. Great you at the door. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Great pricing as well and always beats that Richard's Sporting Goods place...
Bought a Taylormade Qi10 last year, 1 month, and 1 week ago. Blew the cap right off the bottom. So 1 year warranty gone. With no hesitation they ordered me a new replacement. They were willing to hand a new one right over but didn't have it in stock.
Gotta love an appreciate that kind of customer service. From now on I will go out of my way just to make it to Dublin.

I had an outstanding experience with Bill at GolfMart! I stopped by late on a Friday as a new golfer who didn’t really know what I was doing, and Bill went above and beyond to help. He took the time to listen to my needs and guided me toward the perfect club and shaft setup. His knowledge and patience made all the difference, and he recommended products that I can grow into as I improve. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Bill if you want personalized, expert assistance!
I needed last minute grip change on Saturday afternoon. To my amazement they fulfilled my request. They always deliver when ever I return to their site. Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience with great customer service from Andy today! I was looking for a new driver and was testing a variety of them. Luckily, I had my clubs in the car and was able to bring in my current driver and compare it. While I was testing them on the monitor, Andy was very helpful by suggesting to lower my loft on my current driver in which he made that adjustment for me. Boom! Andy’s suggestion sent my shots flying straighter. I ended up getting my grips re-done after further discussions with him. Overall, I would highly recommend getting your golf equipment and tips from golf mart and working with Andy!

Highly recommend shopping here. The service was impeccable and very kind staff. Prices are lower than other golf stores. We went to the PGA store previously which lacked good customer service, and had much less affordable inventory. We plan on coming back l regularly!

Edit! Club head also broke without me doing anything but swinging. Eric asst. Manager was amazing. Warrantied the club and gave me a brand new one. Amazing customer service! I did retail sales in various roles for several years and this was a fantastic experience. He checked the club as he should and validated it's broken. Take a lesson from him! Customer service is paramount!
Bought a brand new ping driver 15 days ago and was fitted. That experience was great. Ping g430 max 10k. Expensive!!!!
Since purchasing it, I literally played only one round of golf and hit a small bucket at the driving range. Then yesterday, standing on hole one getting ready to tee off, I did a practice swing, and the driver shaft fell apart in my hands. I am not a club thrower or abuser in any way. I called Golf Mart right away and explained the issue. They said they would replace the shaft.
I went there today (the day after) and was accused that either I had done something wrong or that I incorrectly store my clubs. For the manager not to believe me was upsetting; clearly this was a manufacturing defect which was not my fault.
They replaced the shaft, choosing not to simply replace the club altogether.
I live an hour away and chose this shop because I had a previous great experience with mizuno 921 hot metal pro fitting. But I will no longer go there after being accused of wrongdoing and treated badly....never again will I spend my money there. I am a disabled veteran and money is tight. To be treated this way and not respected is unforgettable and ridiculous.

Fitted for irons here 3 years ago and great experience. Just bought a new fitted driver and another great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I drove past several other golf shops to return here yet again. Highly recommend.
They have good variety of golf gear. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and made good suggestions. They charge 4 dollars to change the grip if you buy it from them. Great value!
