I love this place and the employees are always helpful and welcoming. I've bought a handful of used clubs here and had a couple clubs re-gripped as well. They've even been able to do a putter re-grip for me on the spot, which was fantastic and let me play with the new grip the same weekend.
I stopped by today to check out what used clubs they had in stock and happened to ask the front desk as I was checking out if they sold fairway wood shafts. I had wanted to try out some stiffer shafts and he encouraged me to bring the club in same-day and they'd help me out.
Even though they were slammed with people shopping for gifts over the holidays, two employees (both named Eric), took the time to get me setup in the simulator and then consider my numerous questions on trade-ins, prices, etc. Very generous with their time for what was an admittedly small transaction.
Ultimately they got me setup with a deal, a new shaft I was happy with, and I also picked up a new used putter at a great price.
These guys are the real deal and super friendly to deal with. While I was trying shaft options in the demo area, I overheard other employees patiently explaining to parents what kind of clubs to gift for their kids, encouraging them to try used clubs first, etc - it's all very genuine and low pressure. Always happy to support this store and I think the team running it has it really figured out.
