It's a pleasure to enter a store where the staff recognizes you and picks up on past discussions, even those from weeks or months back. Though I can't criticize the Santa Ana store, there's not much standout there except for Tim, who is very knowledgeable and excels at club fitting. Richard at the Mission location is equally impressive. For a singular or multiple golf-related purchases, this store is a hidden treasure worth visiting. You've earned both my business and respect.
