This place offers exceptional service. My A1 Smoke driver shaft snapped during a domestic flight and the airline was quick to inform me that since I was not using a hard shell case, they weren't responsible for the damage. When I contacted Roger Dunn to go about replacing the shaft, at my expense, Roger Dunn contacted the manufacturer, Callaway, and within days, I had a brand new shaft, even though I owned the driver for over a year. I never expected that for an instant. Everyone at Roger Dunn was so nice, making an otherwise unfortunate situation quite pleasant. Luke, who is often on the sales floor, is extremely personable and professional, and remembers his customers. Luke provided a great customer service experience and after my shaft broke, graciously regripped not only the driver, but several other clubs as well, and in a very timely fashion. Thank you Luke, and thank you to everyone working at the Temecula Roger Dunn location. I appreciate you all!

Hadn’t been to Temecula Roger Dunn since they relocated a year ago. The new shop is pretty big with a huge selection of goods. The younger kids working there did not say hello but the older workers said hello and the master fitter immediately helped me out. I bought a grip and came the next day, the fitter remembered me and put on the grip professionally. Can’t wait to try it out. Thanks RD you have a customer for life here in Temecula.
People willing to help, begrudgingly. But when asked, they stepped up.
Wanted to regrip my driver. The had what I wanted and in ten minutes the job was done and I was out the door.

I had an excellent fitting today with Nick S at the Temecula location. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job communicating to dial in my set from putter and wedges through to the driver. Great guy. I would definitely schedule another fitting at this location.

Great New location and selection of everything. Brought a club in to be resized with a new grip and took about 10 min while I waited. I also found a new replacement bag reasonably priced. They have golf simulators and great staff to help. Would definitely Recommend.

Love this shop has good customer service you can ask any questions and they will help you find what you are looking for. Super organized location so much to choose from. They over club fittings, trade ins, grip changes, putting green to try out putters, and a sim to try out clubs. Good deals on some things. They have a reward plan if you sing up for it. Highly recommend for anyone getting into golf or just looking on picking up something new.

i love this store all of the employees there are great i find them extremely helpful and craig the manager puts up with me and my endless search for the perfect set i can be irritating and do not look like the normal golfer but have been playing for 45 years these guys here are so patient with me and i feel i'm turning a corner thanks to craig and am so pleased with all the help from these guys best roger dunn by far vendella is awesome too thanks guys from that wierd tattooed golf nut

I am a big fan of the Santa Ana location due to its large selection of everything, but due to it being over an hour away, I did not frequent the location. Now that the Temecula location opened, I can walk in on a daily if I wanted to. The Temecula location is much smaller but still has about one of everything the Santa Ana location has.
Just before Christmas my wife told me to pick out two Vokey wedges I wanted for Christmas so she could purchase at a later date. I went to the Temecula location and I asked one of the sales guys to assist me with figuring out which degree and bounce would suit me best. The unnamed sales guy appeared to not want to assist me and told me to just buy them, take them home, and if I did not like them I had 90 days to return them. At no point did he offer to use a swing bay to assist me with the selection of new clubs. Needless to say I left the store without buying anything.
I returned a few days later hoping not to get the same sales guy, but instead was greeted with Nicholas. Nicholas was exactly what I was looking for, nice, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and without hesitation grabbed a few different Vokey's with different bounces and we got to work in the hitting bay. I entered the store with what I thought was best for me and left with two new clubs, one of the clubs slightly different than I expected because Nicholas took the time to work through several different clubs on the simulator to get what worked best for me. Thank you Nicholas for taking your time with me, your politeness, knowledge, and patience was greatly appreciated.
To add to a long review, I returned to have a driver re-gripped yesterday and found four employees taking hacks in the hitting bay. The store was empty and I was the only customer in the building. Not until I walked up to them did one of the sales people ask to help. Once again, I asked a question and I felt like he did not want to take the time to assist me, therefore; I was reluctant to continue with my next question and he returned to hacking away in the hitting bay with the other employees. I was lucky enough to see Nicholas was there working the in the re-gripping section. As he assisted me I asked him to describe the difference between three driver shafts I had photos of and which one he thought might work best for me. The photos only showed the model name and numbers of each shaft without showing the driver head. Just by looking at the model and descriptions he knew one of them was the stock shaft for a 11-year old driver I had. It is obvious Nicholas is knowledgeable in the golf equipment field as well as assisting with fitting for clubs.
Roger Dunn, you have a great employee in Nicholas at the Temecula store and he will be the only person I ask for in the future if I need a knowledgeable answer for.
Best golf shop in Cali aside from Roger Dunn Santa Ana. Some of the best employees and customer service around. New manager Craig has really brought this place to the next level. The OG employees like Nick, Wendella, Kendall, and Tim are extremely helpful. Employees, service, and selection keep me coming back. I highly recommend everyone check out the new Roger Dunn Temecula
BEAUTIFUL store! From my business eye, $80k in displays, slotwall, and tec, probably another million in inventory depending on how large the stock room is?
WASTEFUL, hiring kids that are more concerned with golf on the t.v's than the customers trying to spend money. I was an easy mark. I had to confront the sales staff. I asked buyer's questions, to no avail. I showed up to buy a new driver, putter and wedge. I'm also interested in hybrids, but, inevitably I left empty-handed.
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS, wasted my time. Should of hit a bucket of balls instead.
BUSINESSMEN PERSPECTIVE. Hire 2 salespeople on commission or explain to your staff the basic fundamentals of qualifying customers.
1. How long have you been golfing?
2. Do you have a weak point?
3. Is there anything I can help you find?
I was excited to walk in. the store looks great! Maybe tomorrow I'll finally break 90 and feel like the $2000 i was trying to spend was better off in my pocket.
If tomorrow results in 95 plus again I'll tape the $2000 to my forehead and ware my advice welcome tee-shirt for my next visit.

I love the new Roger Dunn in Temecula. It’s way larger than the old location which used to be in the same parking lot now it’s right next to Hobby lobby they’ve got like 4 to 5 hitting bays in here. A nice big putting green. Definitely check it out. It looks fantastic

I was looking for a set of irons and Nick recommended using the swing monitor for an accurate evaluation.
He showed me a few clubs that matched my swing and we ended up with a set of irons I would not have considered prior to the fitting.
Since getting the new irons, I’ve been to the driving range and played a few of rounds of golf with them.
They are great clubs and a good fit for my golf game.

I got a fitting for irons with Nicholas. He was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about every different statistic (i.e., spin rate, launch angle, loft/lie, etc), which helped me select the correct irons for my game. I highly recommend getting fitted for any club you purchase, and Nicholas would be a great option to help dial you in.
I must also give a big shout out to the manager, Vendella. She is fantastic! She helped me figure out which club fitter would be ideal for me. She's always the first smiling face you see waking thru the door and is always super friendly!
If you're in the inland empire area and in the market for any gold gear, Roger Dunn Temecula is definitely highly recommended!
Shoutout to Nicholas for his exceptional knowledge and top-notch customer service. I visited the new location this week, and it’s amazing! I came in to check out some clubs I’d been researching for a while, and Nicholas was incredibly patient and thorough. He answered every question I had with expertise and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’m a sucker for good customer service, and this was a 10/10 experience. I’ve never felt happier spending $3,000. Thanks, Nick!

The people who work there have always been very knowledgeable and helpful to myself and anyone else while I've been there (with the exception of one particular gentleman there who for some reason always emits a grumpy and somewhat annoyed attitude anytime I've ever asked him about something. For the sake of this post, I won't mention his name, but he's pretty easy to pick out if your in there, lol. So I've just asked spoken with any of the other people who work there ever since and it hasn't been a problem). By far a more positive experience than a negative one. In fact as of late, its become my go-to golf store now even though I have other choices closer to me. One particular employee there for example switched out the shaft on my brand new driver I had just received as a gift from someone, that came with a shaft that didn't match the rest of my other woods I owned. The shaft was the same dollar value, so it was essentially a trade for the shaft I had for a different one I wanted, but by him doing that it saved me potential issues of having to locate and purchase that correct shaft somewhere else, then try to resell my original shaft by itself, likely for a loss. So it was incredibly kind for him to do that for me and save me the hassle and the time, aside from the possible money aspect as well. In fact is what that act of kindness that caused me to start shopping there ever since. And he did that swap free of charge, with no investment at that time from me. So it goes to show that a simple act of good customer service can gain a long time future customer. So very much recommend 👍🏻

It's the old Valley Golf store. Was good then and still is. They are going to be moving to a larger space in the same shopping center at some time.
