I recently had an exceptional experience at Golfdom of Annapolis while purchasing my new set of TaylorMade irons, and I can't recommend them enough! Walter was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions—trust me, I had a lot! He even took the time to help me get the lie set on my new irons right then and there, which was a huge plus. Walter also assisted me in selecting the perfect putter, explaining the concept of toe hang and how it impacts fitting. His insights made a significant difference in my choice, ensuring I found a putter that suits my game perfectly. A special shoutout to Brian as well! He provided an excellent grip fitting and helped me choose the grips that would work best for my new irons. Even with just five minutes until closing time, he quickly replaced all my grips, showcasing the outstanding customer service that Golfdom offers. These guys are top-notch, and I'm thrilled to continue spending my time and money here, just as I did when it was Duke's Golf. Went in for a fitting today for Irons. I had scheduled to do Wedges tomorrow due to the websites limit on scheduling within 24 hours of a separate appointment. The staff accommodated me and allowed me to do both in one session. I had a list of brands to try and ended up selecting a set that I had not originally researched. This was all thanks to my fitter, Carl, who walked me through a series of different irons until we got to a set I hit consistently. It was a similar process for the wedges and I learned how much bounce I really need in a wedge which allowed me to start hitting them how I needed to. I also walked out with a putter after more advice from my fitter. A huge thanks for the great customer service and in depth fitting I got. I highly recommend this spot for easy, convenient, and insightful fitting. 10/10!

The staff was helpful, professional and honest. I went in thinking I needed the hosels replaced on my entire set of clubs. After inspecting my clubs, they let me know only 2 needed to be replaced. Excellent experience!!

very friendly staff, I’m very new to golf and they have an amazing program for new golfers who buy a set under $500. Also very friendly and gave me lots of tips when I was test swinging the clubs on their simulator.

Went with my 13yr old to get his first set of golf clubs. We had a great experience with Thomas helping my son find the best fit, quality and within his budget. Thomas had him hit several balls and completely dialed in his swing with the right irons and driver. Very helpful and my son left smiling ear to ear heading out to try them out!

I stumbled across Golfdom in Annapolis and loved it. My fam and I spent some time swinging clubs on the golf sim, and with Matt’s expertise, I snagged the new Taylor Made Qi35 driver and he also guided me toward the perfect next set of clubs I’ll be grabbing soon. He’s laid-back, knows the game, and was a big help. Great spot—totally recommend!

I am a bit puzzled by a few of the other reviews because I thought the service at Golfdom was exceptionally good and the staff was patient and always there to help me when I had questions. And I ended up with a set of Taylor Made irons that is so much better than what I was using before Even their recommendations for golf balls were spot on, and the prices are extremely competitive

Golfdom has an insightful staff and a well rounded inventory of equipment. It’s slightly limited in what it can offer from a club perspective however. I recently did a fitting and they only have a few brands to work with. For the most part they only have new clubs and not much room to customize to fit your swing. Other larger shops in the region may be a better place if you need specific brands or clubs adjusted to you.

Great experience as a new golfer here. Everyone was friendly and helpful in helping me choose the best starter set. They have a nice selection of clubs, balls, tees, plus everything else you’d need for golfing. There’s a nice selection of attire as well.

Pretty green in the world of golf but the desire to get playing motivated me to head into golfdom. I did my research beforehand and was leaning towards assembling a bag of preowned gear to get the maximum bang for the buck. I lucked out in both the variety of used inventory and bumping into Evan, who took a good amount of time, to walk me through what he liked and what he thought would work well with me. From practice swings to 10-15 minutes of putter indecision, Evan was right there either presenting additional options of removing something I knew didn't compare as well as option 1 or 2. Couldn't be happier with my equipment, the ping g710s I picked up feel like they were made for me. The cleveland putter was the right move and why anyone would lug around any bag other than a sun mountain is lost on me. Will be back and recommend any entry level golfer request Evan, super easy to talk to which made for a great experience.
