Went back to store last week, I just can’t tell you how great their selection and pricing are for clothes and shoes! The manager had set aside golf balls for both me and my husband. Not expected, but greatly appreciated after the mishap a few weeks ago. We will continue are bi monthly shopping trips!

Manager called my husband, apologized for the inconvenience. We really appreciate the follow up call.
So disappointed with the Tyler store. Normally we love going there. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes. Yesterday we drove 25 minutes to get grips. We ended up buying more clothes and other items. However when we got to our club to have our grips put on they were not in the bag. We went there purposely that day because we have a big tournament starting on Friday. We called the store and the sales associate said she would put them aside for us. Of course, this is a huge inconvenience being that we do not live close, but since I work closer to it I would stop by at lunch. Today I had only a few minutes at lunch to go get them. They were at least put to the side, but no one said sorry for the mix up. I assumed we had paid for them since we gave them to the sales associate along with our other items. But when I went to leave they told me that they were not paid for. At this point someone could have said sorry for the mix up and for the inconvenience and possibly a discount, but no they just acted like it was an inconvenience for them. If I go home and find that we did pay for them, I will be extremely upset. I'm just disappointed that no one showed any signs of being sorry for such a big inconvenience. I promise if they had been apologetic or even a little nice I would not give a negative review.
