We’re all about the quality of service from local and national vendors. Well, Van’s golf (worldwide golf now) 90 day policy is a fact! Their store on Indian School and El Mirage honored this policy without question! My wife just purchased complete set of mixed match clubs. She tested inside and took them outside to the range and made her decision. We play golf 3 times a week and she started struggling with her driver. Right at the 90 day mark we took it back expecting the worse. As we walked in my wife explained that she has been struggling with her driver and what are her options. The person behind the counter stated “how can we make it better?” My wife tested a few more drivers and decided on one. They swapped it out and gave her credit for the price difference. There was no pressure or indication of misuse but only how they could keep a customer satisfied! Many kudos to the Van’s sales team for hand holding us through a potential bad experience to a “we will definitely be back and updating our friends to the outstanding customer service” that Van’s provides! Please give them a try.
Balls are really good! Greats spot to get a practice session in, escape reality for a couple hours!

I have been doing business with this store for over a year now and would highly recommend this shop to ANYONE. The staff is highly knowledgable, friendly and Louie has always been there to support my needs no matter how big or small. The gear is state of the art and if there is something they don't have they can usually get in within a few days.
My Son recently went into vans looking for a specific driver to complete his matching set.
The chances othem having it in stock were slim because it was a 2023 Callaway Big Bertha Model.
My son was working with Darren and he worked really hard on tracking that specific driver down.
Darren ended up finding one and had it shipped in from out of state. My son was super happy he was able to track one down.
It came in a couple days later and was very happy with it!
Thank you so much Darren for going above and beyond to help my son! Truly appreciate everything!
We will definitely be shopping here for all our golf needs from now on.

Today my husband went into vans and was looking to try out some putters.
A man named Dave introduced himself and started showing us some different putters.
Then he even gave my husband some great putting techniques to try out. He definitely started to put better.
Dave then showed my husband a new Scotty Cameron putter. He instantly fell in love with the club and how confident he was becoming. Especially with Dave’s tips.
We definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new putter to stop into Vans and ask for Dave. He will help you find your club and have you dialed in, in no time.

The customer service here was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. I broke my driver, and immediately they called Taylormade about the warranty and had a new driver coming that day. If you ever need help with anything golf related, I highly recommend.

Excellent, very knowledgeable staff,I learned about putter balance,fantastic.
Thomas truly was the best, he was quick, easy to work with, and knew his stuff when it came to clubs. I have been playing the new clubs he fit me into for a little bit now and have never been happier with my golf game.
If yall ever need clubs or anything golf related you gotta check out valley golf center and Thomas. Such a great guy.

I was in the area, and I happen to be looking for advise on a few items. I was greeted by Louie, I had never met this gentleman before, I was treated with respect and honesty, what a great experience. I asked question about tee's Putters and ladies Drivers. Louie had no idea who I was or if I was just there looking"

My husband was looking for a set of golf clubs so he wanted to go into Vans today to have a look around. When he walked in he was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Darren, he was incredibly kind and helpful.
Darren then introduced my husband to a man named Louie who was also extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. After walking around together for a little and showing my husband some options, they came across a set of Big Bertha Callaway irons. My husband loved them! The only thing was the shafts were a little short for his liking and he wasn’t crazy about the grips.
So they then explained how it wasn’t a problem and they could make some changes to them and really make them feel customized to my husband’s liking. He was so happy to hear that and went along and purchased them.
While they were handling all of that with my husband, I browsed the women’s section which had an amazing selection from clothes to clubs! Absolutely fabulous.
We were very happy with our experience shopping here and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. The best experience we’ve had in a golf shop, and we’ve been to many. Thank you so much Darren and Louie! We will definitely be back! In fact, my husband has been there about 10 times since!

Darren and his team are the most welcoming, patient and knowledgeable professionals around.
He has created an atmosphere where it doesn’t matter if you’ve been golfing for 10 days or over 10 years. Everyone gets the same respect and help.
I truly appreciate being able to walk in there with any question or problem and feel like I’m being heard and taken care of. No weird looks or comments from any of the staff, just great service! So thank you all for that! It’s what makes me want to shop there for all my golf needs and nowhere else.
I’ve had many experiences shopping at this location and they all were top notch.
Some of my most recent purchases include a driver re-fitting, a custom ordered putter and a complete set of the new Titlest T irons.
Driver Re-fitting:
I had purchased a PXG driver recently and after playing with it for a little while I realized I wasn’t really happy with it. So I ended up bringing in my driver and getting a Re-fitting done with (Talmadge). I got my driving situation all figured out. Super thankful for Talmadge and his help!
Putter fitting:
I was in shopping for clothes one day and stoped by the putting green area and was greeted by (Bret) . He helped me go through a bunch of putters and ended up introducing me to LAB putters. I was completely blown away by their design and how well I was putting with them. So he helped me custom build and order one. Super happy with the purchase!
Iron fitting:
Scheduled an iron fitting with (Louie) online.
We probably tried about 6 different sets of irons until we found the ones for me. He was super patient and very nice. He helped me stay consistent through the whole fitting to get the best data possible. I ended up ordering a set of Titleist T irons and was so happy with the end results!

Got fitted by John for a hybrid yesterday and had an outstanding experience. John was phenomenal. He explained the Trackman numbers to me and what we needed for a successful club selection. I left feeling confident in my selection. I know where to go for any future fittings. I highly recommend Van's and especially John as a fitter.

Great place to get fitted, also lessons and just having fun at the range.
Great place for golf clothing. They do have a discount on their clothing.

This place has its ups and downs. As a left-handed golfer, it’s frustrating that there are only four left-handed bays—and often, two of them are out of order. What makes it worse is that right-handed players regularly use the bays clearly marked as “left-handed,” which leads to long wait times for those of us who actually need them. I really wish the staff would enforce the signage and ensure these bays are available for the people they’re intended for. It’s disappointing to feel overlooked like this.
I come here often and the customer service is the best. Great prices, great golf equipment (new and used) and great people. Appreciate yall... Sean
They have most all the products you want, their knowledgeable staff is helpful, they were able to order me something they were out of and then called me when it came in. They have a fun little putt putt course, and a nice driving range.
