Got fit here about 2 months ago, while having a bad day, but still was able to hit the G440k, even with how badly I was swinging, so I pulled the trigger. I ended up forming a pretty bad two way miss with only that club, and only being ONE YARD farther than my 4 Wood. I suspected the shaft might be too soft. Used the 90 day play guarantee, and scheduled another fitting. JR got me back into the bay, and we tried the same head, which I wanted to stick with, with all the other stock options for the Ping 440k. We did end up on the same shaft I had been fit for earlier, just a stiffer option. I did alot of research before coming in, so I figured that was the best option, but JR made sure we had all the numbers to prove whatever shaft was going to be the best. Yardage picked up by about 15, spin went from slightly high to about as good as can be, and my dispersion oval went from about 30 yards down to 7! Rarely do you have a customer service issue be resolved 10x better than you could've hoped for, but JR really nailed it. I walked out very confident in my swing, and have a club I no longer am wincing every time I pull it out. Not only did JR help me, but I went in for a previous gen Cobra Hybrid the last time I was there, had a mailer coupon, and another rep did tell me at checkout that it had been reduced again recently, so I ended up saving more than I thought. You're not going to have someone scam you at this shop, which is nice to know when you're at a store where every item can get quite expensive.
