I was looking for a specific in-stock set of golf clubs and called the Villages location before making the almost two hour drive to their store. I called and spoke to a staff member who was willing to help, verified the item was in stock, and agreed to hold the item for me. We arrived shortly before the store closed and we were greeted by Bill, the Manager and an attentive associate named Payton. Despite a quickly approaching closing time, both employees tended to my needs without making me feel pressured or rushed. I was given a fair trade-in value for my old clubs and I purchased to clubs that were being held for me, as well as specialty club and a golf bag. Despite being beyond closing time at this point, both Bill and Payton did an exceptional job at making me feel like a valued customer! My experience was exceptional.
