Nice people work there. Very helpful.
The store manager, Nick, went above and beyond. He re-gripped my clubs and re shafted two of my clubs on late notice. The customer service and quality of work was by far the best I have ever experienced. He answered all of my questions, helped me make decisions on what golf balls to play, and what new grips to choose. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. He made my experience at Edwin Watts a great one and I will absolutely tell everyone I know. Thanks again Nick, you are the man.
I can't say enough good things about Edwin Watts! From initial visit, to the full iron fitting, to purchase, it was an amazing experience. the staff is great and especially Dan who did the fitting. I was asking people for a couple of years where to go when ready and everyone was telling me to go here. I am so glad I did. I will be a lifelong customer and will recommend to anyone looking.
The salesman was very helpful and the location is well stocked but the manager refused to honor the club trade in value of my club as advertised on the Edwin Watts website.

I have been to plenty of stores in the last few month, I can honestly say these guys were the best in the county! Ben Searsone is the man. Took time with my son and I to walk and talk about the pros and cons. I came to look and left w a set of irons and drivers lol! Extremely happy with the purchase. Both Ben and Nick jumped in and made this decision easy.....now to go home and explain this to the wife. Lol, cheers
Gave me a seemingly fair price for a brand new driver I was selling, about 60% of the price they sell them for. Could have been more but considering a new model will come out in a few months I get it.
I highly recommend this store. I have been a customer for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their 90 day return policy is great because you are never sure about your purchase until you put it to the test on the course. The atmosphere is much more intimate than the larger stores like Dick’s and Golf Galaxy. Many thanks to everyone at the store who has been very patient with this fussy customer.

My club-buying experience was fantastic! Nick wildly exceeded my expectations!
I walked into Edwin Watts Golf a few weeks ago wanting to purchase new clubs. I didn't know anything about the process and was apprehensive before going in. I was immediately greeted by Nick (assistant manager) who explained that we could have a hitting session in one of their bays, either right then or I could make an appointment. We did both. And for no cost!
Nick and I proceeded to have 4 scheduled appointments to work through my entire bag, starting with my driver and going all the way through my wedges. Nick was extremely patient (I'm not the greatest golfer in the world and my swing can be quite inconsistent at times, making it more difficult to narrow down what would work best for me) and stuck with the process until we had a clear idea of where we should "land" on each type of club. During our sessions, it became clear that I often was NOT hitting the ball on the center of the club face. Nick even offered a few basic swing thoughts that helped me a lot.
I ended up with a new Callaway 3-wood and two new Callaway hybrids (because I hit those much better than longer irons) and four Taylor Made irons.
I can't be happier! I never felt pressured. Nick even told me I shouldn't waste my money on a new driver because (once he helped me fix my swing a bit) I was hitting my current driver almost as far as the new ones. He also suggested I NOT buy every hybrid (3,4,5,6,7,8) because they will overlap in distances. I started with the 4 and 6 hybrids. He said I can always add another one if I find I could use it but it makes no sense to buy all of them only to find I don't need them all. Unbelievable!!
The fittings were all free. I never felt any pressure to purchase. I received several helpful tips on my swing. The entire experience couldn't have been any better! I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade any or all of their clubs to go to Edwin Watts Golf in Palm Harbor and ask for Nick. You won't be disappointed!!!

Impressive store and staff! I was going to drop off my putter for an extension but they did it while I waited. Glad I did since they had my favorite golf balls on sale and what a selection of clubs and everything GOLF!

Wife and I both bought new irons the staff was excellent. Roy and Larry took the time to make sure we where satisfied with the irons we chose. We where able to hit many different clubs/shafts without feeling rushed or hurried. Really nice experience. We appreciated there effort.

I went to have an analysis of my driver, as I was having issues blocking to the right. Nick was very helpful and patient. He made a few adjustments with my club and it helped a great deal. I highly recommend this store. And it was FREE!!

A golfer's paradise. All the equipment at a range of prices. Knowledgeable staff who can fit you properly. I have bought 5 sets of clubs for myself or others and am very satisfied.
Bought irons there about 8 weeks ago. Have never had fitted clubs before so this was very new to me. Hit many clubs with different shafts and different lengths. Ultimately he got me ones 1 1/2 inch longer and club head up 2 degrees w grafite shafts. He literally then got me a big price reduction bc we went w clubs that were returned. They are basically brand new. Been using for 8 weeks now and what a game changer for me. Hit 1 1/2 to 2 clubs longer per iron w ball flight very high. Very happy and will definitely be back for a driver fitting.
The store was well organized and had an extensive club selection at competitive prices. The associates were very helpful. Larry helped my fiancé with all of her questions on their used TaylorMade clubs. Daniel offered me lots of advice when trying out their clubs until I was satisfied and ready to purchase. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to everyone.
Daniel is awesome. He helped me get into clubs that worked out for me. I got the Taylor made Q10 irons. They didn’t work out and ended up getting the ping G430’s after Daniel helping me hit a few clubs. I also ended up getting a wrong degree in an iron and I went back and Daniel helped me right away to get the right one. If you wanna get the right fit with great service, ask for Daniel.
