Background: we went to the other location and another store... told both those places we were looking to purchase a brand new set of irons. Neither location were willing to give us the time of day. Very frustrating to be willing to spend a pretty penny on clubs, with no one willing to give the time of day.
John at this location not only helped us, got us completely set up on a new set of clubs and bent correctly... but he also assisted numerous other customers during the time he helped us and made everyone feel well cared for. The customer service here is always fantastic and everyone is very knowledgeable
